My personal mission is to seek God’s plan for my life and pursue it without hesitation.

My career mission is to relentless improve myself while enabling the same for others.  I exist to serve others and my passions include safety, communication, training and education, performance management, collaboration with senior leadership, process improvement, staff development, strategic business planning and visioning, mentoring, visual metric and process measurement, and data driven problem solving.

Personal History
I was born in LaGrange, GA on August 9, 1983 to Bobby and Christi Treadwell, and I grew up in Roanoke, AL.  I graduated in Handley High’s 2001 class,   Auburn’s Mechanical Engineering Fall 2005 class after Cooperative Education with FNGP in LaGrange, GA, and Auburn’s MBA  Fall 2007 class following an internship with Milliken in LaGrange, GA.
I am currently employed as an Product Line Manager at Phifer Incorporated in Tuscaloosa, AL after time spent as a process engineer, Lean/Six Sigma Kaizen facilitator, and Operations Manager.
I am married to Erin Henderson Treadwell from Brewton, AL.  We met while at Auburn and have been together since 2006.  She is currently an 8th grade English teacher with her Ed S. with plans to pursue her national board certification.  She has been awarded Teacher of the Year for her school as part of Nick and Terry Saban’s Nick’s Kids Foundation. Spiritual Life
I became a Christian at age eight and I actively served at Trinity Baptist Church in Roanoke beginning in my middle school years.  My ministries have included A/V team leader, web designer, Sunday School teacher, youth ministry leader, and finance team co-chairman.  Erin and I are now members of Valley View Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL and serve in various ministries including the media and children ministries.
