This river holds claim to some of the most extreme commercially runnable whitewater in the world.  Big Ray, Little Ray, BT, Justin, and I experienced Pillow Rock, Sweet’s Falls, Hawaii Five-O, Iron Ring and other rapids while our 12ft raft flipped 14 times on the 22 mile Upper and Lower sections.  This trip is not for the timid, but it will leave a lasting impression for anyone brave enough to complete the “Gualey Gung-Ho Marathon.”
